This portal is a read-only UI for the ONETOO trust ecosystem. It visualizes publicly published artifacts from the trust root and search runtime.

Core invariants

• No writes. No approvals. No overrides.
• Deterministic behavior. No ML. No profiling.
• Everything links to verifiable artifacts (hashes, signatures, provenance).

Configuration

Portal can work in two modes: direct (browser fetches trust-root/search) or via the Portal Worker API (recommended).
